HYMIX PREHEATERS

All Unimark Hymix preheaters are supplied with hydraulic agitation powered by electric start diesel engine. Base mounting allows easy fitting to any vehicle or trailer. Our burner system is designed to permit very fast heat-up time and is thermostatically controlled, incorporating a flame failure system and electronic flame management.
Hymix preheaters can be supplied in vertical or horizontal configurations. Vertical units are supplied in direct flame or oil jacket, single or twin, in sizes ranging from 20 gallons to 140 gallons. Horizontal units, which are used extensively for anti-skid materials, range in capacity from 100 gallons to 350 gallons.
We also supply hydraulic lift tables to lift up to 1 meter or the thermoplastic transfer pump.
Unimark can manufacture dedicated trailer units fitted with single or twin thermoplastic preheaters. Trailers can be single or tandem axle from 1 tonne to 3.5 tonne GVW. Tandem axle trailers are supplied as compete road marking outfits with all necessary ancillary equipment.
All preheaters can be supplied with our 12V diesel burners if required.
